Espírito Santo Financière SA (ESFIL) is a sub-holding of ESFG which focuses on financial interests in France and Switzerland. Internationally, ESFG’s activities include private banking in Switzerland through Banque Privée Espírito Santo and commercial banking in France through Banque Espírito Santo et de la Vénétie. In addition to Switzerland, private banking activities are carried out in other units of ESFG with particular emphasis in Lisbon and Miami.
